Mark Hall, a California-based entrepreneur, leads a diverse business ecosystem. Prof. Dr. Jan Mayer brings over 25 years of expertise in understanding how the athlete's mind contributes to peak performance. A globally esteemed figure in sports psychology, his innovative methodologies have transformed the way we understand athletes' cognitive and social strengths and weaknesses in sports. With a rich legacy in research, Prof. Dr. Mayer has provided invaluable insights into identifying individual growth potential of youth athletes and even young coaches. He has refined and applied his knowledge to numerous sports organizations at both the Olympic and Professional team levels, integrating his expertise to enhance overall performance. Prof. Dr. Mayer currently acts as the Co-CEO of the TSG Hoffenheim professional soccer club, the Co-Initiator of TSG Research Labs, the Co-Founder of the Institute of Compassion, and he has lectured as a University Professor of Sports Psychology for numerous educational institutions. He has co-authored the German Bundesliga Handbook for Sports Psychology, provided by the Deutschland Football League (DFL) to all Bundesliga Clubs, and consulted with numerous other professional clubs and universities around the world. In addition, he also advised the German Olympic Sports Association (DOSB) on issues relating to the organization of sports psychology for more than 20 years.

Benjamin Ziemer, co-founder and president of NorCal Premier Soccer, oversees an organization with over 140,000 competitive youth players in Northern California covering 275 individual youth clubs. His coaching journey spans from grassroots to professional levels, including a tenure as Assistant Head Coach for Sacramento Republic FC from 2017 to 2019. He was lauded as the U-18 Coach of the Year in 2016 and his experience extends to the U.S. National teams and matches against international football clubs as id2 Program Assistant Coach. Holding both a US National A license and a German B license, Benjamin’s dedication to the sport began at 14. He has visited and studied at over 100 clubs worldwide and has made continuing education a priority. Benjamin worked for two years as a US Soccer A senior license educator, nine years as a college coach at SSU, and five years as a NPSL coach at Sonoma County Sol. Over the past 30 years, Benjamin has coached every age group in youth soccer, as well as held positions as coaching director, technical director, and academy director in youth organizations.

Jonathan Sierck is the founder and CEO of PadelCity, Pallas Gathering, Inspired World, and vonMorgen a Munich-based EdTech company that focuses on accelerated learning techniques and leadership training in combination with emerging technologies. He is the author of six books covering topics around leadership, applied Philosophy, learning, and personal development concepts. He co-authored the books of Hansi Flick (Head Coach FC Barcelona) and Gordon Herbert (Basketball World Cup winning Coach 2023). Currently, he is also working on his PhD thesis at the University of Munich, researching AI and its effects on society and soccer. He has been working with numerous DAX40 companies, banks, research institutes, and sports clubs to assist them in their talent development, learning strategies, and preparation for future trends.
